| We came in for dinner on September 2nd at 6:30. My Husband ordered the Matrade Prime Rib, When it came out it was all fat and grizzle. When brought to our waitresses attention we were told, " It's the luck of the draw, Sometimes you get a good piece and sometimes you don't. " We payed $24.00 on fat and grizzle. If I wanted the luck of the draw I would of went gambling at Finger Lakes. What kind of restaurant treats their customers like that ? Don't you try to fix the problem ? We own our own company and you may as well tell Nancy Grace because we will make sure we tell everyone we come into contact with. Next time we go to dinner and want prime rib we will go to Crescent Beach, Ricks Prime Rib, Papa Joes, etc and etc. I am appalled at the way the situation was handled. If I wanted McDonald's treatment I would of went there and it would of been at a cheaper price and at least they would have fixed the problem without telling me that "It's the luck of the draw." |

| I eat at Bernards Grove on a consistant bases, the food the service the drinks are all phenomenal . Not only can you have a great meal there, but you'll always find intresting people in there such as greece town judges, Senator Joe Robach, Mayor Bob Duffy and more, you wouldn't think you'd see those type people there but I was really amazed when I saw Joe Montana and Jim Kelly in there twice, and have heard that Montana's father goes in on a regular bases. This is my favorite Rochester Restraunt. |
